This Data Policy describes the personal information including location, the information from devices and also the user generated content (collectively referred in this Data Policy as the “Information”) we process in order to support and provide ABRACAPP Services. ABRACAPP receives your Information through our services, including our websites (the "Services" or “ABRACAPP”) and from our partners and other third parties (such as for example Service Providers). By using or accessing any of the Services you consent and agree to the collection, transfer, manipulation, storage, disclosure and other uses of your Information as described in this Data Policy. Irrespective of which country you reside in or supply Information from, you authorize ABRACAPP to use, transfer, manipulate, store, disclose your Information in the United Kingdom and any other country where ABRACAPP or ABRACAPP Service Providers operate.
Our Services are designed to help you share information and user generated content with the world and most of the Information you provide us (such as for example your username, the hashtag, or other Information you want to share, the location of the post, posts, photos, comments) is Information you are asking us to make public. Also ABRACAPP provides you with settings to make some Information public (such us for example your telephone number) if you want. Your public Information is broadly and instantly disseminated and made searchable.
Location information: Together with the Information you supply you make public the location of where you published the user generated content (such as for example the posts) and you are aware and you agree to share your location at the time of publishing and that it will be stored and made searchable together with the Information supplied.
1. Our policy towards children
ABRACAPP does not knowingly collect or solicit any Information from anyone under the age of 16 or knowingly allow such persons to register for the Services. The Services and its content are not directed at children under the age of 16. In the event that we learn that we have collected Information from a child under the age of 16 we will delete that Information and terminate the child's account as quickly as possible. 2. We process Information such as the following types
Information you provide us directly: When you create or reconfigure a ABRACAPP account, you provide some personal information, such as for example your name, username, password, and email address. Some of the Information (such as for example your username and other additional Information you may provide to make public) publicly appears together with the user generated content you provide (such as for example posts) on our Services. When you publish content (such as for example the posts) this is made public together with the location of where you published it.
Communications between you and ABRACAPP: For example, we may send you Services-related emails (e.g., account verification, changes/updates to features of the Services, technical and security notices).

Parties with whom we may share your Information: We share your Information (such as for example Information such as log files and device identifiers, user generated content and location data) with third-party organizations and developers that help us provide the Services to you (collectively referred as "Service Providers"). Our Service Providers will be given access to your Information as is reasonably necessary to provide the Service under reasonable confidentiality terms. We engage Service Providers to perform functions and provide services to us in the United Kingdom and abroad. We may share your private personal information with such Service Providers subject to confidentiality obligations consistent with this Data Policy. We don't sell any of your Information to anyone. 5. How we store your Information
Storage and processing: In order to provide ABRACAPP Services your Information collected through the Services may be stored and processed in the United Kingdom or any other country in which ABRACAPP or Service Providers maintain and/or use facilities. ABRACAPP or Service Providers may transfer Information that we collect about you, including personal information across borders and from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world. By registering for and using the Services you consent to the transfer of Information to the United Kingdom or to any other country in which ABRACAPP or Service Providers maintain and/or use facilities and to the use and disclosure of Information about you as described in this Data Policy. 6. Business transfers:
In the event that ABRACAPP is involved in a transaction such as for example a bankruptcy, dissolution, liquidation, merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, your Information (such as but not limited to name and email
address, user generated content and any other Information collected through the Services) may be sold or transferred as part of that transaction. The buyer or transferee will have to honour the commitments we have made in this Data Policy.
7. About your Information
You can modify your personal information: As a registered user of our Services, you have the tools and account settings to access or modify the personal information you provided to us and associated with your account.
You can modify your settings by allowing Phone Calls and SMS Messages : If you want to accept or exchange phone calls and sms messages you can allow other users of ABRACAPP to call and send sms messages to you by enabling the “allow phone calls” function.
You can also permanently close your ABRACAPP account: Following the instructions your account will be closed. When you close your account you won't be able to recover any Information later. Information that others have shared about you isn't part of your account and won't be deleted.
You can delete your ABRACAPP posts at any time: After deleting will not be possible to restore them. Information that others have re-shared (and or for example downloaded or screenshotted) about you isn't part of your account and may not be deleted.
How long we keep your Information: Following termination or deactivation of your account, ABRACAPP and/or the Service Providers may retain Information (including for example your profile information and user generated content) for some time for backup, archival, audit purposes and/or for relevant legal or operational retention needs.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify, port and erase your data.
8. Changes to this Data Policy
We may revise this Data Policy from time to time and you will find the most current version of the policy that governs our use of your Information in the appropriate section of the website www.abracapp.com . ABRACAPP at his sole discretion could notify you the revised Policy or part of it to the email address associated with your account. By accessing and using the Services you always agree to be bound by the most current version of the Data Policy at the time of use.
Your continued use of ABRACAPP or the Services after any modification to this Data Policy will constitute your acceptance of such modification.
9. Other web sites and services
We are not responsible for the practices employed by any websites or services linked to or from our Services, including the Information or content contained within them. Please remember that when you use a link to go from our Services to another website or service (such as for example a link posted on user generated content), our Data Policy does not apply to those third-party websites or services. Your browsing and interaction on any third-party website or service, including those that have a link on our website or those you may find on user content, are subject to that third party's own rules and policies. In addition, you agree that we are not responsible and do not have control over any third-parties that you authorize to access your Information. If you are using a third-party website or service and you allow them to access your Information you do so at your own risk.
