Our Services are designed to help you share information with the world and most of the information you provide us is information you are asking us to make public. Also ABRACAPP provides you with settings to make the information more private if you want. Your public information is broadly and instantly disseminated and made searchable.
Location Information: Together with the information you understand acknowledge and agree that you supply you publish the location where you did it and you are aware and you agree to share your location at the time of publishing and that it will be stored and made searchable together with the information supplied.

Information you provide us directly: When you create or reconfigure a ABRACAPP account, you provide some personal information, such as your name, username, password, and email address. Some of this information, for example your username and other additional information you may provide to make public, is listed publicly on our Services, including on your profile page and in search results. Some Services, such as search, public user profiles and viewing lists, do not require registration. User Content (e.g., photos, comments, and other materials) that you post to the Services.
Communications between you and ABRACAPP: For example, we may send you Services-related emails (e.g., account verification, changes/updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices).
Analytics information: We may use our owns and third-party analytics tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. These tools collect information sent by your device or our Service, including the web pages you visit, add-ons, and other information that assists us in improving the Service. We collect and use this analytics information with analytics information from other Users so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify any particular individual User.
Log Data: ABRACAPP and his partners servers automatically record information ("Log Data") created by your use of the Services. It can also be provided when the content of the webpage or app is downloaded to your browser or device. Log Data may include information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, the referring web page, pages visited, location, your mobile carrier, device and application IDs, search terms, geolocation and cookie information.
Links: ABRACAPP may keep track of how you interact with links across our Services, including our email notifications, third-party services, and client applications, by redirecting clicks or through other means.
Widget Data: We may tailor content for you based on your visits to third-party websites that integrate ABRACAPP buttons or widgets. When these websites first load our buttons or widgets for display, we receive Log Data, including the web page you visited and a cookie that identifies your browser ("Widget Data").
Device identifiers: When you use a mobile device like a tablet or phone to access our Services, we may access, collect, monitor, store on your device, and/or remotely store one or more "device identifiers." Device identifiers are small data files or similar data structures stored on or associated with your mobile device, which uniquely identify your mobile device. A device identifier may be data stored in connection with the device hardware, data stored in connection with the device's operating system or other software, or data sent to the device by ABRACAPP. A device identifier may deliver information to us or to a third party partner about how you browse and use the Services and may help us or others provide reports or personalized content and ads. Some features of the Service may not function properly if use or availability of device identifiers is impaired or disabled.
Metadata: Metadata is usually technical data that is associated with user content. For example, Metadata can describe how, when and by whom a piece of user content was collected and how that content is formatted.
Responding to legal requests and preventing harm: We may access, preserve and share your information in response to a legal request (like a search warrant, court order or subpoena) if we have a good faith belief that the law requires us to do so. This may include responding to legal requests from jurisdictions outside of the United Kingdom where we have a good faith belief that the response is required by law in that jurisdiction, affects users in that jurisdiction, and is consistent with internationally recognized standards. We may also access, preserve and share information when we have a good faith belief it is necessary to: detect, prevent and address fraud and other illegal activity; to protect ourselves, you and others, including as part of investigations; and to prevent death or imminent bodily harm. Information we receive about you may be accessed, processed and retained for an extended period of time when it is the subject of a legal request or obligation, governmental investigation, or investigations concerning possible violations of our terms or policies, or otherwise to prevent harm.
Information Sharing and Disclosure with your Consent: We may also share or disclose your information at your direction, such as when you authorize a third-party web client or application to access your ABRACAPP account.
Non-Private or Non-Personal Information: We may share or disclose your non-private, aggregated or otherwise non-personal information.
Your account information and profile/privacy settings: Update your account at any time by logging in and changing your profile settings. Unsubscribe from email communications from us by clicking on the "unsubscribe link" provided in such communications. As noted above, you may not opt out of Services-related communications (e.g., account verification, purchase and billing confirmations and reminders, changes/updates to features of the Services, technical and security notices).
Modifying Your Personal Information: As a registered user of our Services, you have the tools and account settings to access or modify the personal information you provided to us and associated with your account.
Allowing Phone Calls and Messages : if you want to accept or exchange phone calls and messages you can allow other users of ABRACAPP to call and message you by enabling the “allow phone calls” function.
You can also permanently delete your ABRACAPP account. Following the instructions your account will be deactivated and then deleted. When your account is deactivated, it is not viewable. For up to 30 days after deactivation it is still possible to restore your account if it was accidentally or wrongfully deactivated. After 30 days, we begin the process of deleting your account from our systems, which can take up to a week.
How long we keep your User Content: Following termination or deactivation of your account, ABRACAPP, its Affiliates, or its Service Providers may retain information (including your profile information) and User Content for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, and/or audit purposes.

ABRACAPP does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register for the Services. The Service and its content are not directed at children under the age of 13. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us.
Our Services are not directed to persons under 13. If you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we take steps to remove such information and terminate the child's account.
